Knowbler-FreshService: Configuration in Knowbler

Support teams working in FreshService can use Knowbler to generate knowledge articles in Khoros. Creating an article with Knowbler is faster than starting from scratch. Configuring Knowbler FreshService involves making knowledge creation easier through either mapping or auto-generation.
