Knowbler July 2023 Release Notes

The July ‘23 Knowbler release took place on July 27, 2023. From this release, Autogenerate Title is available on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk. The titles can be created with Knowbler's in-house AI or with a third-party LLM.

Create titles with "Autogenerate Title"

Until this release, the only method to create article titles automatically was to map the article title field with one or more case field. This release introduces a second method. You got a sneak-peak into the method last month, but in this release Autogenerate Title has gone live.

LLM Integration in Autogenerate Title

Autogenerate Title can be used in two modes:

• Knowbler AI mode. Pick Autogenerate Title to use Knowbler's in-house AI. Your data never leaves the Knowbler ecosystem with this pick.

• Third-party AI mode. Integrate Knowbler with an LLM, such as the ones offered by OpenAI and Google Bard. Please read the privacy policy of your favorite LLM carefully before proceeding with the integration. You data will be shared with the integrated LLM for title generation.
