Knowbler February 2023 Release Notes
The February ‘23 Knowbler release took place on February 24, 2023. For most clients, the features are available in their instance immediately after the release advancement. The clients with heavily-customized instances are notified separately.
Assign Labels and Categories to Zendesk Articles
Support agents can use the default Zendesk Categories and Sections to organize their knowledge articles. The improved field allows them to select a Category and look up a Section from the search box.
Supports agents can use the improved Label feature to insert label articles. They can use an existing label or create a new one while writing or editing.
