Knowbler June 2023 Release Notes
The June ‘23 Knowbler release took place on June 29, 2023. The key highlight of this release the launch of a new feature called Autogenerate Title. It works with Knowbler's in-house AI and with third-party LLMs, such as those offered by Open AI.
Create Article Titles with "Autogenerate Title"
Autogenerate Title offers an alternative to the current method of mapping case fields to the article title field. The method is powered by artificial intelligence. An advantage of using the Autogenerate Title is that it fetches information from relevant case fields and summarizes case information in natural-sounding and relevant titles.
While mapping fields in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Dynamics, admins can choose between generating titles from simple mapping or from more advanced Knowbler AI.

LLM Integration in Autogenerate Title
You can use Autogenerate Title in two modes:

Knowbler AI mode

Third-party AI mode*
When you select Autogenerate Title, the titles are generated by an in-house AI. It means that your data never leaves the bounds of the Knowbler ecosystem.
An alternative way is to integrate Knowbler with an LLM, such as the ones offered by OpenAI and Google Bard. Please read the privacy policy of your favorite LLM carefully before proceeding with the integration. You data will be shared with the integrated LLM for title generation.
