The Administration panel is the primary tool for you to work with Knowbler. Here you can manage view the state of your subscription, store credentials to be used to connect Knowbler to Salesforce and Zendesk, add new admins and review admin logs.
Account Information. Get subscription, instance, and resource usage details in one place. It’s available to all Admins. Check out View Subscription Status in Account Information

Manage Users. Share admin privileges with others through email invitations. Check out Manage Users in Knowbler
