Knowbler Administration

The Administration panel is the primary tool for you to work with Knowbler. Here you can view and manage the state of your subscription, store credentials to be used to connect Knowbler to Salesforce and Zendesk, add new admins, and review admin logs.

• Admin Logs. Review a record of the actions performed in Knowbler. Check out View Admins Logs in Knowbler

• Connections. Use an in-built password management system to simplify authorization. Check out Add and Edit Connections.

• Manage Users. Add new users, manage user roles, and delete existing users.. Check out Manage Users in Knowbler
